You don't think it is possible that the author "ryuk-teh-death-god" submitted it to multiple sites? The name "Tobi vs Kakashi" would be referring to the two Naruto characters fighting in this short animation. I think the author can call it whatever he pleases, and can post it on whatever site he wants. lol
